Workspaces that already claimed or successfully used a device before cutover do not automatically receive a trial.

The price covers the whole package, including unused capacity. 2–3 devices fit Plus; 4–10 require Fleet. Plus includes remote SSH even with one device. No offer is available yet for more than 10 devices.

Claimed, admitted devices occupy a slot even while offline or without running workloads. Revoke, decommission or explicit removal from plan admission frees the slot immediately and never restarts the trial.

Upgrades apply after canonical Stripe payment and plan confirmation, with proration. Downgrades and cancellation apply at the end of the billing period. If the new limit is lower, you first select which devices stay.

After a failed renewal payment, existing devices, workloads and Plus/Fleet SSH remain available for 7 days; expansion is blocked. Trial expiry has no extra payment grace.

When access finally ends, affected workloads are safely stopped. New claims and workload starts or changes are blocked. Data, settings and history remain; login, viewing, export, Stop, removal and resubscription remain available.

When remote SSH entitlement finally ends, new sessions are denied immediately and existing sessions end within at most 5 minutes. Stale or reconnected Agents must not restore revoked sessions. Local SSH is independent.

Taxes, prorated amounts and credits follow the confirmed Stripe invoice. Cancellation or downgrade does not trigger an automatic refund. Refunds are explicit support or administration actions.
